Membership Application: If you are riding for points for the upcoming show season, it is very important you print out and turn in your membership application. Your points will ONLY count if you are a member. If you sign up half way through the year, any previous shows you rode in will not count towards your points.

Sponsors: It is VERY important that every member get at least one sponsorship or purchase a good luck ad. We cannot continue to have such awesome awards without the support of our sponsors.

Hoodie & T-Shirt Orders: Usually once a year we try to get a sizable hoodie and t-shirt order together. Everyone will be notified of that date in plenty of time to get your order form in.

We encourage all families to take out a $50 good luck ad or secure at least one sponsorship. 36 x 24 Full Color Signs are provided BY WCSC at no additional cost.

Sponsor books are passed out at the gate at all specialty shows; passed out at special events, regular club shows & may also be placed at local businesses for pick up. Club shows begin in April & run through August / September (depending on weather). Signs hung the duration of show season, book posted to website till the next year's sponsor book is ready. Point Shows start the last weekend in April & we hold no less than 10 point shows per season. Club shows are held on Friday evenings beginning at 7:30 p.m. & last till midnight or later. We will be hosting a Tuesday Night Buckle Hustle this year, that adds six shows to our roster and those will pull a different crowd. We will also be hosting one WTBHA and at least one gaited show.
